Try the following steps to troubleshoot:

1. Check whether the issue is due to a failed or expired credit card payment — log in to your member account on our website and update your payment method.

2.Apple Podcasts episode suddenly won't play: Go to Library → Downloaded and tap "Remove All Downloads" in the top right, then go to Saved and delete the saved episode. Tap the episode again to try playing it.

Reset the app connection using your subscription link (Member > Subscription Link)Subscription Link.

After your payment is processed, we'll email your member account with links to each podcast platform — just pick which app you'd like to listen on. For iPhone, we recommend the built-in Apple Podcasts app; for Android, we recommend Spotify...

1. 1. Apple doesn't share subscriber emails with us, so subscribing through Apple means you won't receive our newsletter.
2. 2. Apple's platform only allows monthly pricing in whole tens, so there's a $1 price difference. Annual pricing is the same as on the website.
3. 3. The RSS feed from a website subscription works across multiple podcast platforms (e.g., Spotify and Apple Podcasts). If you subscribe within Apple, you can only listen on your Apple devices.

Due to platform limitations, we currently don't support YouTube or KKBOX. If you're on iPhone, you can use the built-in Apple Podcasts app; for Android users, we recommend Spotify.

Subscriptions are limited to members of the same household. Each account's subscription link is unique, and our system will block any link that shows abnormal download activity — so please don't share your personal subscription link with others.

Due to Spotify's system limitations, each subscription link can only be linked to one Spotify account. Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, digital content not provided via a physical medium, and online services that are considered delivered upon provision, are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period.

Apple Podcasts — two ways to access:

In-app subscription (blue cover): Open Apple Podcasts → tap Library → tapChannels, and you'll see the VIP channel with the blue cover (marked "Subscriber Only").

Website subscription (yellow cover): Open Apple Podcasts → tap Library → tapShows, and look for the VIP channel with the yellow cover.

Spotify:

Open Spotify → Your Library → find Story Together VIP Channel (yellow cover), Chiang's Adventures, and Ado's Office — and you're ready to listen!
Tip: Once linked, remember to follow the shows — they'll be easier to find, and new episodes will appear on your home screen.

Website subscription: You can cancel anytime in yourMy Account.

Apple subscription: Go to your phone's Settings → tap your Apple Account at the top (usually shows your name) → tap Subscriptions → tap Story Together VIP → tap Cancel Subscription.

Once cancelled, you won't be charged for the next renewal, and you can continue listening through the end of the current billing period.
